This paper provides a systematic review and meta-analysis of studies evaluating the impact of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (SEP) on Thai well-being. SEP, rooted in moderation, reasonableness, and prudence, has shown positive effects on well-being across various domains. Findings indicate a significant positive relationship between SEP interventions and well-being, with implications for sustainable development.
